Freezing Weather Update:

Unfortunately, the power outages and weather have adversely affected the church property. While the new building (home of the sanctuary and fellowship hall) are fine, our older building (chapel and children’s programming) sustained quite a bit of damage from broken pipes.

In light of this, we have altered our typical programming accordingly:

  1. All Children’s Programming is temporarily suspended, which includes Preschool and Elementary programming during Theological Equipping Class and our Sunday Morning Worship Service, and Youth.

  2. The older (red brick) building will not be open. This means that anyone who parks in the east parking lot will need to walk around the building to the west entrance (near the sanctuary). While that is an inconvenience, it is necessary for your protection. We ask that you reserve the smaller west parking lot for those who are older, pregnant, etc.

Obviously, there will be challenges and inconveniences over the next few weeks. We aren’t sure when we will be able to occupy the older building and thus aren’t sure when we can resume children’s programming or even allow people to walk through the building. We can assure you that staff and elders are working hard to minimize the risks and inconveniences, but appreciate your grace as we try to figure things out one day at a time.
